How to Clean the Display Freezer
The condenser of the display freezer must be cleaned periodically and recorded.
Frequency of cleaning: 1st Monday of each month
Steps:
1. Open the door and remove the 2 fixing screws above the venting plate.
2. Close the door as soon as possible so the cold air does not escape.
3. Pull the vent cover forward.
4. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust from the condenser.
5. Replace the vent cover and tighten the 2 fixing screws
6. Record the cleaning using the Ice Machine/Open Display & Freezer Cleaning Form above
How to Clean the Open Display Fridge

The condenser of the open display fridge must be cleaned periodically and recorded.
Frequency of cleaning: 1st Monday of each month
Steps:
1. Slide up the black timber skirting board that sits on the tiled floor.
2. Using a flathead screwdriver, slide the vent cover plate all the way forward.
3. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust from the condenser.
4. Replace the vent cover plate.
5. Record the cleaning using the Ice Machine/Open Display & Freezer Cleaning Form above.
